Judy Anne Sisk

  Judy Anne (Skelton) Sisk, of Licking, Mo, passed away unexpectedly on Wed., Dec. 5, 2018, at Phelps Co. Regional Medical Center, in Rolla, Mo. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of nearly 50 years, James David “J.D.” Sisk. She was the dear mother of Annette (Matt) Shockley of St. Louis and Roby Sisk (fiancée, Midge Hughes) of Houston, Mo.; dear grandmother of Rebecca Shockley (fiance, Curtis McCall), Stacey (Kenny) Scott, Ethan (Erin) Shockley, Emma and Elayna Sisk; dear great-grandmother of Margaret, Aries, Marcellus and two more on the way; dear sister of Jeannie Edwards and Jan (Carolyn) Skelton. Also survived by Jim’s nephew, Jimmy Alley, who has lived next-door to them for years; and several nieces, nephews and cousins too numerous to name.
  Judy and Jim were the former owners of Sisk Pharmacy, one of the oldest family-owned businesses in Licking. They operated it successfully side-by-side for several years, Jim as head pharmacist and Judy managing most of the rest of the operation. After selling the store, Judy also worked at Landmark Bank in Licking for a few years. She was a long-time member of Licking United Methodist Church.
  A memorial service will be held Sat., Dec. 15, 11 a.m., at Licking United Methodist Church, 208 S. Main St., with Rev. Gary Carter officiating. The family will greet friends starting at 10 am. Burial of cremated remains will be held privately at a later date. For those desiring, and in lieu of flowers, donations in Judy’s memory may be given to Licking United Methodist Church. Arrangements under the direction of Bopp Funeral Chapel, Kirkwood, Mo.
