MSHSAA Solo and Ensemble Districts

The LHS 7 earned a Gold Exemplary rating and will be moving on to State. James Swan, center, earned a Gold Exemplary rating for his vocal solo and will be competing at State level as a soloist, also.

  Licking Choir took 9 events to MSHSAA Solo and Ensemble Districts March 15. The LHS 7 (Cadrian Hutsell, Morgan Langford, Keely Crossgrove, Lexi Hadix, James Swan, Kasen Monds, and Kevan Monds) received a Gold Exemplary rating and will be moving on to State. The Girls Six (Morgan Langford, Ayla Fike, Cadrian Hutsell, Zenobia Swan, Keely Crossgrove, and Lexi Hadix) also received a Gold Exemplary rating and will be moving on to State. James Swan received a Gold Exemplary rating for his Vocal Solo and will be moving on to State.
  Morgan Langford, Keely Crossgrove, Kasen Monds, Cadrian Hutsell, and Zenobia Swan received Silver Outstanding Ratings for their vocal solos. 
  Licking Band also competed at the District Solo Competition. Isaac Haden received a Gold Rating and qualified for State with his tuba solo. Jocelyn Jacobs received a Silver Rating for her flute solo. Athena Crow and Aubrie Stephens both received Bronze ratings for their clarinet solos.
