The photo contest sponsored by Hickory Manor, Licking Downtown Inc. and The Licking News had several entries by a few contestants. After the three judges ranked their top picks, the votes were tallied and the top prize went to Allene Lynch’s submission of the 1954-55 staff of Licking High School’s monthly newspaper, the Spotlight.
