Licking 4-H Club met December 12. We began at 5:30 p.m., making Christmas cards for the residents of the Hickory Manor Nursing Home. Our meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and the 4-H Club Pledge. We then proceeded with old and new businesses.
Members who have received pins will have the opportunity to purchase and make a framed display for their pins. If you want to make one of these please let me know so we can purchase the necessary items. It will cost less than $5.00.
Licking 4-H Club currently has their checking account at Landmark Bank in Licking. As many of you know, soon they will be closing for good. The members chose to open an account at Town and Country Bank in Licking. I will be going there to get the details of the accounts they have to offer us.
Each youth that turned in an application for an officer position read their applications to everyone present. The new officers for 2019/2020 were chosen.
