Cross Country – Richards earns MVP at Conference

The Licking Cross Country teams competed Oct. 19 at Plato in the Frisco League Cross Country meet. Many athletes attained All-Conference Honors by placing in the top 10 runners in their race.  Junior Kasey Richards won the Varsity Girls race with a time of 20:01 and earned MVP honors.  Also competing for the varsity girls’ team was Autumn Grover, who placed 10th with a time of 33:31, which earned her All-Conference Honors. Competing for the varsity boys’ team and earning All-Conference Honors were Senior Markus Record, who placed fourth, running a time of 20:02, Junior Randall Hock placed ninth with a time of 22:42, and Freshman Dominick Donely placed tenth with a time of 24:09.  Also competing for the boys’ team was Sophomore Alex Schwarz who placed 14th with a time of 33:22.
