Boondocks Boutique celebrated their Grand Opening on Saturday, serving tea, doing giveaways, offering for purchase gift items and fun clothing, and showcasing a beautiful selection of handcrafted jewelry.
Boondocks, at the corner of Friendly Village Shopping Center, already stocks a large selection of videos for viewing pleasure. To this small, local business, Dana Adams has added Dana’s Creations, her personally handcrafted jewelry, contemporary clothing and unique gift items. The boutique is open during the video store hours, which are 12 – 7 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday, and 4 – 7 p.m., Sunday and Monday. Saturdays now through Christmas, Dana will personally be at the boutique offering tea, a giveaway and special attention to customers.

Shoppers may choose from a wide variety of handcrafted jewelry at Boondocks Boutique.
The jewelry is created with quality Czech glass beads, Swarovski crystal and Italian imports. Many of the jewelry pieces are Christian inspired. She also has seasonal and Catholic inspired items, both in jewelry and gift items. They even have tiaras for your special princess.
Gift items include many handcrafted items, such as creatively covered journals and scented soaps.
In addition to the current selection, new jewelry, clothing items (sizes S – 5X), and accessories are coming in weekly. There is a no return, refund or exchange policy on boutique items, however a dressing room is available for customers to help ensure proper sizes before purchase.
Boondocks also hosts a Konami Duel Club on Friday nights and Dana has jewelry making classes planned for the near future.
Stop by the store to see the selections and visit with Dana, Machaira or Josh. You can also get more information about products and activities on their Facebook page, Dana’s Creations Boondocks, or call 573-502-9276.
