Obituary – Sandy McCullum

Sandy “Ma” McCullum was born on July 25, 1952, in Long Beach, Calif.

Sandy lived her life on full throttle. Fast cars and motorcycles was the life she craved. She loved to socialize; being around friends was the light of her life. Even after being diagnosed with lung cancer she wanted to continue to live the life she loved to live, but it took its toll on her on November 14, 2020, at the age of 68.

Sandy is survived by her daughters, Patricia Kay Geisler-Joos (Jim) of Elizabeth City, N.C. and Barbara Lee Geisler (Donna Cronk) of Olive Branch, Miss.; grandchildren, Christopher Long (Amber) of Palatka, Fla., Kayla Walker (Dustin) of Hot Springs, Ark., and Taylor Tarpley (David) of Hope, Ark.; and eight great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas “Pops” McCullum; mother, Lyla Lee (Treadway) Keever; and father, Eugene Elder.

To all Ma’s friends out there, know this, she loved each and every one of you. Talk about her often, laugh at the things she did. Offer up a toast, but most of all, remember how much she loved you.

Ma was a giver, in lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution in Ma’s name to Gma Pam’s Rack Pack or your local food bank. Per her wishes, no services were held. Arrangements entrusted to Fox Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.foxfh.net.
