Danny may you RIP. I will always remember riding the the bus to WJRHS and Danny Brown was the last stop on the route. It was 1972 we were in the 8th grade at time. Sometimes Danny wasn’t always ready in the morning to catch the bus – for whatever the reason, but our bus driver (Mouse) would honk the school bus horn to let Danny know the bus was there. It was so funny on one occasion Danny opened the front door to his house – he was a mess – stood with the biggest smile and with a white T-Shirt with the name “Danny Brown” in big black letters and he yelled back to Mouse he’d be ready in a minute! And the entire bus just burst into a ferocious laughter. I’ll never forget that day! He will be missed.
Mrs Brown. I’m not sure if you remember me. But I drove Danny to your house a couple of times when his was living on the hill in Waynesville. And you were out in the stick’s he called it… He was living with Carry. I just wanted to say how sorry I was to hear if his passing. I’m sending prayers and love for you and the girls. I knew April I think? I would have came to the funeral had I have known.
Mrs Brown I am so sorry for the loss of Dan. I just saw this and my heart breaks for you even now. In case you don’t remember me we lived in Casalon Apts together and I had the 2 girls that you and Mr Brown watched a few times. We had many conversations regarding Dan and the girls. You always spoke highly of them. Dan and I met a few times and he was always a nice guy. I am sure he will be missed by many.
